1) Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- All original packaging, tags, and included accessories (if any) must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2) Non-Refundable Items
- Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging.
- Returns sent back after 90 days of delivery.
- Final sale/clearance items (if marked as Final Sale on the product page).
3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund depending on availability.
4) How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team and include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
- Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
5) Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, or damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping where applicable.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
6) Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
7) Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. If exchanges are available for your item, our support team will guide you.
8) Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped yet.
- If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process after delivery.
